Build a foundation in air cargo operations through this three-day programme covering cargo preparation, documentation, pricing and handling procedures. The course helps participants develop industry knowledge and confidence in everyday cargo operations.

Training Itinerary

Day 1 — Cargo Fundamentals & Special Loads: Air cargo industry overview, regulations and trends; acceptance, delivery and loading configuration; dangerous goods awareness, live animals, perishables and ULD basics.
Day 2 — Documentation, Rates & Customer Service: TACT rules; air waybill and airport, city and currency coding; cargo rating (GCR and CCR), pricing structures, group exercises and customer service.
Day 3 — Review, Application & Assessment: Review of cargo rates (GCR, CCR and SCR), applied exercises, examination, evaluation and course summary.
