IMPLEMENTATION OF ePCO ACCOUNT BLOCKING MECHANISM EFFECTIVE 26 OCTOBER 2026
Please be informed that the ePCO Account Blocking mechanism will be implemented effective 26 October 2026.
Your ePCO service account will be automatically blocked when either of the following conditions is met, whichever occurs first:
To avoid service interruption, customers are advised to make payment promptly upon MITI approval. Outstanding transactions can be viewed under Payment Listing in the ePCO system by filtering the status to Awaiting Payment.
The service will be automatically reactivated upon successful payment.

Please be informed that the ePCO Account Blocking mechanism will be implemented effective 26 October 2026.
Your ePCO service account will be automatically blocked when either of the following conditions is met, whichever occurs first:
- Accumulation of five (5) unpaid transactions with status Awaiting Payment; or
- An outstanding payment remains unpaid for more than five (5) days.
To avoid service interruption, customers are advised to make payment promptly upon MITI approval. Outstanding transactions can be viewed under Payment Listing in the ePCO system by filtering the status to Awaiting Payment.
The service will be automatically reactivated upon successful payment.
